Emergency Call Out

On 24th February, Rescue Corps volunteers have been called in to assist the Civil Protection Department on a number of rescue operations during a bad thunderstorm that hit Malta.

In the span of a few hours the storm caused havoc at various parts of Malta. Our volunteers forged ahead and acted in a coordinated manner.  Their contribution alongside that of the Civil Protection Department and other entities was commended by the Prime Minister Dr Joseph Muscat.
