On the 19th March, a young active volunteer of the St John Rescue Corps, Corporal Jessica Micallef lost her life in a tragic accident. Corporal Micallef was an active fire and rescue volunteer for the past 3 years.
Members of the St John Rescue Corps, St John Ambulance (First Aid & Nursing) and St John Ambulance (Training) paid their last tributes to Corporal Micallef on Saturday 24th March at St Paul’s Church in Rabat.
Many of us will remember her for her dedication towards the St John cause, for her great heart and beautiful smile. She is gone but will forever in Corps members’ hearts.
