On Monday 10 October, the St John Association of Malta held the Investiture Ceremony and Presentation of Awards for The Order of St John at St Paul’s Pro-Cathedral, Valletta. The Chancellor of the Order, Dr Patrick Burgess OBE GCSTJ DL presided over the ceremony.
Members of the St John Recue Corps along with others from the St John Ambulance (First Aid & Nursing) and the St John Training Branch were decorated with medals during the ceremony.
Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President of Malta and Patron of St John Association, met the members and their families at the President’s Palace in Valletta.
