The St John Rescue Corps organised a Recruitment Day on Sunday 3rd January. Many people visited the Fort and followed demonstrations of rescue operations. They also followed talks about the prevention of kitchen fires and other household mishaps. Some attendees tried abseiling and going down the zip line. A good number of attendees registered to attend the Recruitment Training 006 which was due to start the following Saturday 9th January.
